Kristen
Practice Manager

Kristen has been in dentistry since 2004. She moved out to this area from western mass in 2007. She has both clinical, administrative, and financial knowledge in dentistry. She is passionate about making sure each patient receives quality services and attention. Kristen is highly skilled in professional development and enjoys every aspect of her career. Kristen has taken countless courses to ensure her dental skills are well rounded and always strives to excel in her career. Not only does Kristen manage Webster Smiles, but she also manages our sister office, Palmer Dental (since late 2023). In her spare time Kristen enjoys trips with her husband and young daughter and activities near the water.

Michelle
Assistant Manager

Michelle joined our practice in September 2022. She has been in the dental field since 1999 and worked as a Dental Assistant for many years. A couple years ago she decided to make a change and became a front lead. She excels in her career and works diligently helping patients utilize their dental insurance benefits. Out of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys who are heavily active in sports.

Katie
Dental Hygienist

Katie has been in dentistry since 2011. She graduated from Blackstone Valley Tech in 2011 with a concentration in Dental Assisting. She then went on to Mount Ida College to study Dental Hygiene. She graduated from Mount Ida College in 2014 and has been working as a full time hygienist ever since. Katie enjoys educating patients on their oral health and making sure everyone has the healthiest mouth possible. In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking with her dog, Ollie and working on home improvement projects. 

Kim
Lead Dental Assistant

Kim has been in dentistry since 2010. She graduated from Blackstone Valley Tech in 2011 with a concentration in Dental Assisting. She then spent 11 years working in orthodontic offices before switching to general dentistry in 2021. Her favorite part of her job is helping to give her patients a smile to be proud of. Outside of work, she can be found with her husband, daughter, and son, usually talking about something Disney related!

Yariceliz 
Dental Assistant

Yariceliz started in the dental field in 2018. For many years she worked children at pediatric dental offices but over the last year she has switched to general dentistry for all ages. She is thoroughly enjoying the change of pace. She is trained for front desk and assisting. Her joy is making sure all patients have a comfortable visit. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her young son and the beach during the summer.

Chelsea
Patient Care Coordinator

Chelsea has been in the dental field since 2015. What she enjoys about dentistry is meeting new people and making sure their dental experience is always positive. She loves learning new things in the dental field and how we can make patients feel more confident. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, and dog Oliver. She also loves going to their family home in New Hampshire.
